Our people at Winn-Co, are from all walks of life, with those tenured experience ranging from five years up to twenty-five years+ within the industry of Health & Safety, having supported small and large scale projects, community engagements and businesses.

We pride ourselves on gaining the foundation knowledge from undertaking courses, completing exams and registering with governing bodies within our field of work, furthermore, our work is backed through years of experience, having served in the roles of Health & Safety Advisors, Managers and Directors.

Additional Education

Our team have completed a variety of additional foundation courses, from IOSH Working and Managing Safely, to City & Guilds Health & Safety  L3 - L6 NVQ, to additional training in Legionella (Legionnaires Disease), Asbestos, Cable Avoidance Tool & Genny (CAT & Genny), In-service Inspection and Testing of electrical Equipment 2377-77, Security Management, IPAF 3a & 3b for Managers, Rescue at Height, Harness User & Inspection, Step Ladder Inspections and Machinery Directive Training (2006/42/EC Standards).

Individual team members are progressing to secure their Chartered Status, whilst working to secure their  PHD/ Doctorate in Health & Safety (Building Infrastructure & Safety Management) and DSEAR (Dangerous Substances Explosive Atmosphere Regulations) and much much more.........
